2-We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on governorate, generally taking 2–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates calculated on checkout and it depends on your address location and payment option.
3- The store apologizes for any inability to ship or deliver an order in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, the store management will inform the customer and refund the order amount at the earliest possible opportunity, depending on the circumstances.
4- Orders will be handed over to the shipping company on business days only, from Saturday to Thursday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
5- Any errors, incomplete or omissions in the order details, such as incorrect phone numbers or incomplete shipping addresses, may cause delivery delays and will be the customer's responsibility.

7- If the customer cannot be reached or refuses to accept the order for reasons other than an error in the shipped items, the store will return the order and charge the shipping cost or deduct it from any pre-paid amount made via the online store.
